ANNOUNCEMENT FOR "THE SPORTSLINK™ CARD" MEMBERS

Dear Valued Customers,

We have revamped the SPORTSLINK™ Membership Card. The old Membership Card, or previously known as the Loyalty Card, had expired on 31st March 2011.

Simply spend $150 nett in a single receipt and obtain a membership application form at the cashier counter. Attach the original receipt to the completed form and pass it to our friendly staff for processing. You will receive the new SPORTSLINK™ Card on the spot.

Cards will be issued on a first come first serve basis (while stock last).
