What rewards can I redeem?
You can redeem virtually any products from our outlets (except outdoor or atrium sales location), with the SPORTSLINK™ voucher issued.
How do I redeem for my rewards?
Once you have accumulated enough points, you'll be issued with the SPORTSLINK™ voucher. Vouchers will be mailed to all members with qualified loyalty points on the second week of every month.
What happens if I lose my SPORTSLINK™ Card?
Lost cards can be replaced, subject to an administrative fee of S$10. Loss of card must be reported to our Customer Service at 6458-9191 or email

. No points will be replaced for the second card lost. SPORTSLINK™ accepts no responsibility for any points lost as a result of fraudulent use, prior to your card being lost.
What happens if I damage my SPORTSLINK™ Card?
If your card is damaged, you will need to send the card to any of our outlets for replacement. Your existing data stored on the card (including your points) will be transferred onto a new card and sent to you within 2 months. There is a S$10 administration fee for a new card replacement.
What is the expiry date for my SPORTSLINK™ points?
There is no expiry date for the points accumulated as long as you keep using your card within the card validity period.
Which are the products and services at SPORTSLINK™ eligible to earn points?
You can earn points by purchasing anything, except SPORTSLINK™ Gift Vouchers.
I have changed address, whom do I notify?
Simply logon to The SPORTSLINK™ Card website to update your new address.
