What are the benefits of a SPORTSLINK™ card member?
15% off for regular price footwear & apparel (except for NIKE and WAVELINE at 10% off) and 10% off for accessories (except for shuttlecocks). No further discount will be given for discounted items. However, you can still earn point for the purchases. Management reserves the right to change the above promotion without prior notice.
How does the point system work?
You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on SPORTSLINK™ merchandise, except for Gift Vouchers. With effect from 1st March 2012, once you have accumulated 1000 points (instead of 500 points), you can redeem a $25 membership voucher on the next following working day at these following outlets: AMK Plaza 4, Northpoint, Tampines 1, Clementi Mall. 1000 points will be deducted from your membership account for every redemption. Membership points are non-transferable. Management reserves the right to change the point system without prior notice.
How can I check my points?
You can check the points earned for your latest purchase as well as your total balance points on the printed receipt.
What happens if I damage my SPORTSLINK™ Card?
An administration fee of S$15 will be chargeable for every SPORTSLINK™ card replacement. Please approach our sales staff to obtain a card replacement form. Your existing data and total balance points, if any, will be transferred to the new card. The processing time of the new card will take about 2 months.
What happens if I lose my SPORTSLINK™ Card?
An administration fee of $15 will be chargeable for every SPORTSLINK™ card replacement. Please call our Customer Service Hotline at 6458-9191 to report loss of card. SPORTSLINK™ accepts no responsibility for any points lost as a result of fraudulent use, prior to your card being reported lost.

You can still accumulate and redeem your points for vouchers as long as your SPORTSLINK™ card is not expired.
